These terms apply to purchases from Hannah Sainsburyki, operated by Hannahsainsburyki LLC. Read these terms and the linked shipping, payment, return and privacy policies before placing an order.

Products and selection

Check the product description, selected options, dimensions, compatibility and included items before ordering. Your selected option determines the item ordered. Props or other items shown in a product photograph are included only if the description says so. Product names referring to compatibility do not imply an affiliation with that manufacturer.

Prices, fees and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The checkout summary displays the product subtotal, shipping, COD fee, applicable sales tax and total due. Review that total before submitting. Payment is collected at delivery as described in the COD policy. If the total changes before submission, you must review the updated amount before placing an order.

Order records and availability

Successful checkout provides an on-screen reference and estimated delivery information. Save that reference for customer support. If an order cannot be supplied as placed, support will contact you using the details provided. No substitute item or extra charge should be accepted without your agreement. Contact support to check an uncertain order before submitting a duplicate.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

The shipping policy sets out the service area, dispatch origin, charges and delivery estimates. The returns policy explains cancellation requests, return eligibility, fees, destinations and COD refunds. These conditions form part of your purchase.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and arrange to receive and pay for a COD order. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the website or try to access another customer’s records. The privacy policy describes how order information is handled.
