Current demo checkout

Demo checkout displays fictional, read-only delivery details. Only product identifiers and quantities are sent to calculate a sample order. It does not save customer order records, arrange fulfillment or collect payment. An email you send to support is handled separately from demo checkout.

Information and purposes

When live ordering is enabled, checkout collects your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, selected products and quantities. Order records include the order reference, prices, fees, tax, total and order status. These details support order processing, delivery, COD collection, customer service and refunds. Support messages may contain information you choose to provide. Online payment card details are not collected.

Browser storage and site requests

The cart and a request reference used to prevent duplicate orders are kept in browser storage. Checkout contact and address fields are not saved in that browser storage. You can clear stored data in your browser’s site settings. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Sharing and service providers

Vercel hosts this website. Customer orders are stored only after live checkout is enabled and its database is configured; demo checkout does not use live order storage. For an order being fulfilled, delivery and COD providers need the details relevant to their work. The operator’s additional disclosures about providers, marketing, analytics and any sale or sharing of personal information are set out below.

When live order storage is enabled, order records are accessed through the store’s server and authorized administration tools. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a support request.
